Farmers given Kisan Credit Cards for working capital loan up to ₹3.00 lakh per farmer covering feed requirement for 3 months, insurance, vaccines & veterinary aid c. State government ensures 4% interest subsidy through NABARD to Apex Bank to make these loans available at 0% interest rate to dairy farmers d. 25% top-up subsidy will be provided for cold storage, transportation, bulk coolers, etc., for successful dairy societies and above 33% subsidy under DEDS (Dairy Entrepreneurship Development Scheme) of the Government of India e. Two kinds of support extended to beneficiaries: One dairy subsidy scheme with 5 cows and special assistance for dairy entrepreneurship generation with 15 cows f. Logistical funds distributed to farmer accounts by Direct Transfer g. Progressive entrepreneurs selected and assisted by giving 9 no. of milk cows and 6 nos. of heifer
