Go to pmkisan.gov.in and click "New Farmer Registration"
Step 2: Fill registration form
Enter Aadhaar number, bank details and land holding information
Step 3: Submit & verify
Submit form. Local Patwari will verify land records within 5 days
Step 4: Receive payment
Money credited to your account within 2-3 weeks of verification
